Peter Garland

Peter Garland was manager of Radio Contact in 1984. The largest change under his reign was the need for the station to advertise for the first time. The spur to introduce advertising was a need to repay a loan from the WSU, taken out for purchase of a new transmitter and construction of the new studio in the Cowshed.
